PHYSIOTHERAPY

I'm Laura Kortko
I am a physical therapist dedicated to helping people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. My approach is grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy, with a strong focus on understanding the whole person rather than just treating isolated symptoms.
I take a movement- and nervous system–informed approach to rehabilitation. My goal is to help people understand what is contributing to their symptoms and give them the tools to build lasting change.
I value communication, patient education, and collaboration, creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their recovery. I look forward to connecting and supporting you in your journey!
